  Please attend any class Sheila teaches. Especially body combat. She’s wonderful! Any Les Mills program is a great starting point.
  
  The front desk staff leaves something to be desired but kinks might get worked out with more training.
  
  Overall, great location, new machines, awesome classes/instructors.
